No BIM, os projetos passam a ganhar comportamentos precisos a partir da integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre tecnologias e sistemas.<\/p><h6><strong>As principais vantagens do BIM s\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/h6><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Melhor visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto e da obra;<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Maior rapidez e acertabilidade no desenvolvimento dos projetos;<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Amplitude na an\u00e1lise das estruturas em geral;<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Simula\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente do cronograma de constru\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Precis\u00e3o na estimativa dos custos da obra, com base na listagem de quantitativos dos materiais;<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Melhor gest\u00e3o das obras.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\">A metodologia BIM \u00e9, sem d\u00favida, um conceito que permanece em constante evolu\u00e7\u00e3o. Sendo assim, a melhor forma de defini-la \u00e9 compreendendo-a como um processo que tem, por premissa b\u00e1sica, a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os envolvidos.<\/p><h6><strong>Interoperabilidade<\/strong><\/h6><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tal conceito visa diagnosticar a efici\u00eancia dos aplicativos BIM no que tange, sobretudo, a troca de dados entre os diferentes <em>softwares<\/em>. Havendo uma boa interoperabilidade, se elimina a necessidade de r\u00e9plica de dados de entrada, facilitando, de forma automatizada e sem obst\u00e1culos, o fluxo de trabalho entre diferentes ferramentas durante o processo de modelagem.Para que se tenha uma boa interoperabilidade, \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um padr\u00e3o de protocolo internacional de trocas de dados nos aplicativos e nos processos do projeto. O principal protocolo usado hoje \u00e9 o <em>Industry Foudation Classes <\/em>(IFC) que, conforme supracitado, \u00e9 um modelo de dados do edif\u00edcio baseado em objetos n\u00e3o propriet\u00e1rio.<\/p><h6><strong>N\u00edveis de Detalhe e Informa\u00e7\u00e3o do Modelo<\/strong><\/h6><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ao longo do processo de modelagem, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio definir n\u00edveis progressivos de precis\u00e3o geom\u00e9trica e informa\u00e7\u00e3o, levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o o fato de que a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o geom\u00e9trica n\u00e3o necessariamente acompanha a progress\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Ou seja, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que o modelo contenha pouco desenvolvimento geom\u00e9trico, apenas volumetria gen\u00e9rica, por exemplo, e informa\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas referentes a modelo e fabricante. Modelo\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-icon-box-description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tO BIM 3D consiste na modelagem tridimensional de todos os elementos que comp\u00f5em o projeto dentro de um mesmo ambiente virtual, acrescentando informa\u00e7\u00f5es relativas a \u00edndices e especifica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas dos diversos elementos que far\u00e3o parte da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Desta forma, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel determinar suas respectivas dimens\u00f5es, bem como seus posicionamentos espaciais, al\u00e9m de gerar relat\u00f3rios de quantidades e checar poss\u00edveis inconsist\u00eancias entre as disciplinas por meio do clash detection (detec\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos). Desta forma, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel comparar, em tempo real, a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da execu\u00e7\u00e3o da obra com o que foi proposto pelo seu cronograma f\u00edsico, identificando se ambos se encontram em conformidade. A partir da inser\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es nos elementos modelados, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel extrair dados para composi\u00e7\u00e3o da estimativa do custo, que ser\u00e1 refinada ao longo da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de projeto. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es inseridas no modelo, uma vez estruturadas, permitem que cada altera\u00e7\u00e3o realizada no projeto gere, automaticamente, uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de quantitativos. O modelo pode carregar informa\u00e7\u00f5es referentes ao fabricante, tempo de garantia, vida \u00fatil dos componentes, entre outros. Para que seja poss\u00edvel a gest\u00e3o da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo de sua vida \u00fatil, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que todos os dados inseridos no modelo se mantenham atualizados, a fim de que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es extra\u00eddas sejam reais e precisas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o. A partir das informa\u00e7\u00f5es extra\u00eddas do modelo, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel a integra\u00e7\u00e3o externa com softwares de opera\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, a fim de que se inicie o acompanhamento da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o logo ap\u00f3s a entrega definitiva da
